New Prescription   Request

To have your new  prescription  delivered to you:

If you have the  paper prescription written by your doctor:

1. Click here to submit your request online.
2. Once you’ve submitted your request online, you must Fax/Scan/Email us the paper prescription written by your doctor along with your order number to the address provided in the order confirmation
3. We will pick up prescription upon delivery of medication .

If you do not have the paper prescription written by your doctor:

1. Click here to submit your request online.
2. Our online pharmacy will contact your health care provider to verify your prescription request and
   then mail it directly to you.

To pick up your new prescription at a Bemaj pharmacy store:

If you have the paper prescription written by your doctor:
Take your paper prescription to your Bemaj pharmacy and a pharmacist will dispense your medication.

If you do not have the paper prescription written by your doctor:

Please have your health care provider call in your prescription to your Bemaj pharmacy store.

Please note: If you are a Bemaj customer and wish to fill a prescription for a 90 day supply, please contact Bemaj directly at the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
